Melinda and Carrie
We are twin sisters who have similar passions in life. Our goal is to encourage women in various stages of life. We both have a passion for encouraging women to embrace godly womanhood in whatever stage of life they are in.
Carrie
Tim and I were married on February 24, 2007. I never dreamed that God’s plan for my life would include getting married at a young age. Before I met Tim, I was pursuing further education and I was quite content where I was…even if it meant not getting married. Obviously, God had other plans. We originally “met” in August of 2003 and were married 3 1/2 years later.
God blessed us with our first son, Drew, in February of 2008. He has been such a joy…he has a very curious nature and enjoys playing with electronics, including cell phones and computers. His charming smile is enough to melt anyone’s heart! He loves to learn and it is such a joy to be with him when he grasps a new concept!
Carter was added to our family on May 19, 2009. It has been such a joy to see Drew enjoy being a big brother. Carter loves to read books and I’ll often find him sitting somewhere with a pile of books around him. 🙂 He’s very curious and enjoys exploring and discovering new things.
Melinda
For as long as I can remember, it has been my greatest desire to get married and to start a family. By God’s grace, I have begun that journey. I met Jason in January 2011, and we were married on October 22.
I am also a graduate student, working on my master’s degree in apologetics. I am looking forward to the opportunities the Lord will bring across my path as a result of this further education.

I just found you lovely ladies. I can’t wait to get to know each of you more. Thanks for the loving of my tea towel.

You young women are a blessing and I am so glad I discovered your website. I will be sure to tell other young ladies about it as I am sure God has given you much to share that others can learn from. May the Lord bless each of you as you rest and grow in him. Love Mrs. Norris
I enjoyed your 101 list very much. That puts your goals right up front and keeps it in focus. I like that. I’m going to borrow that idea, and hope to share my list later.
I was thrilled to find this website. Congrats to Carrie and Bonnie. Melinda, I will pray that you will find someone special to share the rest of your life with. God bless!
Beautiful! You ladies are beautiful. So neat to get a “glimpse” in to your life!!!
Thank you for joining in today and linking up with Koinonia Thursdays!
Melinda, I am so excited for you! Congratulations to you both. I hope the wedding went really well and that you’re enjoying married life. (It’s great, isn’t it! So worth the long wait and all the years of learning to trust God. :-))
Much love!
