I have so many fun memories of cooking for Thanksgiving with my Mom. When we had big family gatherings we would cook for 2 or 3 days to get everything ready on time. So when I sat down to plan how I was going to get all of our food ready by noon on Thursday and I realized that I would need to do a little bit of cooking each day, I was excited to be able to start making fun memories with my boys. 🙂
Once the cornbread was cooked and cooled, we mixed up the stuffing (minus the broth and eggs which I will add Thursday morning before cooking it).
