Blueberry Yogurt

I made a second batch of homemade yogurt. I used a gallon of milk this time around instead of the half gallon I used the first time. I decided to try to make some fruit yogurt.

I thawed some blueberries we had in the freezer; when they were completely thawed, I put them in the blender. I used the blender until I had blueberry juice. Then I added yogurt a little bit at a time until I had the right amount of blueberry/yogurt ratio.

My first taste of the blueberry yogurt needed something so I added some stevia for sweetener and vanilla. After that, the yogurt was simply scrumptious.

This is an excellent way to utilize homemade yogurt.
