Firehouse Chili

The general consensus on this Firehouse Chili that I made for dinner tonight was that it tasted good; my opinion is that it’s ok. It wasn’t amazing. But if you want a chili with lots of protein, definitely try this one out. 🙂

Here is what I put in my chili:

3 pounds ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
carrots, chopped (not sure how many…I just added some until it looked right :-))
3 cans Italian stewed tomatoes (put until the blender until smooth)
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
2 cups chicken broth
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons ground coriander
granulated garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
