Happy New Year!

The beginning of a new year is a good time to reflect back on what has happened in the previous year and decide what needs to change in the upcoming year. Many people make New Year’s Resolutions. I usually have a couple of goals I set to complete during the year, but this time Melinda and I are embarking on a much more daunting task! 🙂

We have compiled a list of 101 things we want to complete in 1,001 days (that’s almost three years!). (To see our lists check the right sidebar. For other lists like these visit Day Zero Project. Just a word of caution on that website…some of the lists have inappropriate goals on them.)

Why such a long list? And why such a long period of time? The goals we’ve included on our lists are things we’ve always wanted to accomplish, but just kept putting off. After all we are both very busy! As for the amount of time…3 years seems like just the perfect amount of time to a busy homemaker and college student!

So…we’ll be plugging away at our lists…posting updates periodically…and if you want to join us, go right ahead! 🙂
